In production, some materials like sand, soda ash, limestone and chemical are mix together. Then it go to furnace with 1500 degree and melt. After that, the hot glass is shape into bottle and other container.

In recycling, used bottle is collect and sort by color. After that, it is wash to remove dirty things. Then it is crush and melt again. The melted glass is use to make new product.

In conclusion, glass bottle can be made from raw material and also from old bottle. This help environment and reduce waste.
