The map given above presented the changes that have taken place at West Park Secondary School since 1950.

There are 3 differences between each map, namely the initial appearance of the school in 1950, the first renovation in 1980 and the last in 2010.

During West Park Secondary School’s existence from 1950 to 2010, there have been 2 changes to the area around it.

The first map shows the initial conditions in 1950, when the school was first built, to the left of the school there are houses and on the left of the playground there is farmland. On the second map shows the changes that have occurred in 1980, showing significant changes to the area around, where the houses have been turned into parking area and laboratories, and the agricultural area has been turned into sports field. The most recent renovation, which took place in 2010, showed changes that not too significant, where the main building and laboratory did not change, the parking area became wider and the sports field became smaller.
