The illustration depicts how raw materials for ceramic tiles are produced and then manufactured into them.
The whole process of manufacturing ceramic tiles consists of 8 stages, divided on 2 different parts. The production of ceramic tiles starts from mixing clay and water and then ends after drying in oven as a tile.
The raw materials preparation begins at the mixing and grinder machine, where clue and water connect together in transform into moist slurry. Then the water is separated from it by a filter press and it is dried in a spray dryer, where powder is produced. After that raw materials get into tile press, after which they are formed and ready to become a next part of the ceramic tiles production.
The raw materials after the tile press get into a drying chamber for a period from one or three days in atmosphere of 100-200 Celsius degrees. Then they are covered in glazed machine and then put in oven for about 30 minutes under 1000-2000 Celsius degrees.
