The bar chart illustrate the rate of people taking part in seven common leisure interest including going to a café, going shopping, playing computer games, watching sport on television, watching film, having a family meal and watching television in the years of 2015 and 2019.
Overall, the rate of participation in watching television was the highest whereas the opposite was true for going to a café. In addition, the biggest difference was seen in going to the café.
The rate of people getting involved in going shopping in 2015 was 33% and slightly decreased to 30% in 2019. Similarly, the number in playing computer games declined from 38% in 2015 to 36% in 2019. Both watching film and watching sport on television were slowly dropped 2% from 50% to 48% and from 41% to 39%, respectively.
The percentage of people’s participation in watching television was slightly increased from 90% in 2015 to 92% in 2019. Moreover, the proportion of having a family meal was risen 2% from 75% to 77% in the period of 2015 and 2019. As opposed to this, the number of going to the cafe considerable decreased from 32% to 27%.
