The given flow chart showed data on the production and sale of strawberry jam.
Overall, there are four stages: grabbing strawberries, cleaning, boiling and labeling & transfering. Moreover, this manufacturing requires a lot of energy, time and labour.
When it comes to first stage, it starts with picking strawberries from field and placing in containers. After that, grabbed strawberries are placed in vam and transformed to farmhouse in order to clean and check for mold & bruising. In second stage, ready fruits are cut in halves or quarters and also sent to saucepan with sugar; mash & stir. Then, they are placed in refrigerator for several hours and on how heat & stir.
Focusing on third stage, mixture becomes thick – cool for 5 minutes and starts bubbling – add more heat for 20 to 40 minutes. After that, these strawberries are transfered to hot sterilized jars & placed in refrigerator overnight and labeled& sealed. Ready strawberry jams are delivered to shops and supermarkets for selling and this process always continue like that.
