This flow chart gives a compheresive information about strawberry jam’s production and sale stages.
It contains 13 inseperable actions which starts with harvesting strawberries from field and ending up with having labeled final product and serving them to shops and supermarkets.
After collecting strawberries, they are located in the containers following with placing them in van. Then transportation hold directly to the farmhouse. In the farmhouse they are cleaning (checking molds and brusings). After that they are cut in halves or quarters. In the next stage, they are being sended to the saucepan with sugar, stir and mash. The saucepen then placed in freezer for many hours. After a period, they are being dislocated on a place of low heat and mixed up there. As soon as the mixture seems thick, it has to be cooled for 5 minutes. When mixture starts bubbling, it usually heated more for 20 to 40 minutes. Subsequenly, the hot sterilized jars are filled with the final product and placing in refrigator for a night. At the most final stage, the labeling and sealing happens which follows being solded to customers in the supermarkets and shops.
