Overall, the process involves several stages, starting with collection only aluminium cans in large scale tin, after that there are multiple stages, and finishing with reusing and selling recycled aluminium cans.
First of all, the process begins with collecting used aluminium cans from waste bins and transported to the factory, where they are cleaned, sorted, shredded, and compression. After that, the cleaned and sorted cans are heated by special heating machine in order to advance to the figure.
Following this, the fourth figure is rolling, where they are flattened and rolled to a thickness of 2.5mm – 6mm. The rolled aluminium cans transferred to the recycling sector systematize its shape. This figure play a pivotal role in making reusable tins. In the final stage, the recycled cans are distributed to supermarkets and markets in order to consumers can use them again.
