The provided flow chart illustrates the way in which the production of the coconut candy.
Overall, it is evident that the process begins with pouring the coconut juice into the wok and finishes with hardening the syrup and removing the bowl. In total, there are seven main stages which are carried out manually.
In the initial step, in order to make the coconut candy, the wok is needed, which is filled with coconut juice. After that, the stove is ignited and the coconut oil is boiled for half and hours. While boiling, it is necessary to stir the coconut juice constantly untill it becomes thick and viscous.
Following this, the wok needs to be removed from the fire and placed on a used tire. Subsequently, the syrup is put into the moulds (bowls). In the final stage, when it has hardened, remove it from the mould and the coconut candy is produced.
