The begin with, the process start when the farmer obtain the bean of coffee from the garden. Following this, the farmer dry the coffee beans below to the sunlight before roasted in the oven. After roasted, immediately the beans is cooling down to decrease the temperature. Then, it ready to grind until become powder and mix with the hot water. In addition, strain the mixture to reduce water in the beans powder so that ready for the next step.

Subsequently, in the eight step, owner start preparation before the product selling to customers that is freezing the mixture. After that, it grind for the two times but now with forzen liquid. Next step, the result from grind dried it in vacuumm before pack into jars and the coffee product ready to be purchase by the customers.
