The given flow chart present the steps required to complete the requirements for work experience of the university students.
As it presented in the flow chart, there are six steps invovled in fulfilling the requirements for work, starting from the Application submition to Final report submission. After completeing the stages, student will be awarded the credits.
As we can see, the first step in the process is called “Application” that requires student to choose the potential and suitable workplace as well as arranging the interviews for the field that he or she interested in. The next step invovles approval stage, where student needs to be accepted for her application. Student also need to submit acceptance letter to professor for approval. After that, student need to arrange schedule for work in a minimum of 10 hours per week for more than 20 weeks. At the fourth stage, student have to write a weekly report form to submit to the corresponding professor every Friday

Before completeing the whole progress for necessary credits, each participants will participate in evaluation meeting with work supervisor in final workweek. After attending meeting, supervisor will submit evaluation form. The last stage known as “Final Report”‘, requires indiviual to submit final report before last week of summer semester. And with that submission of final report, the work experience requirement fulfilled and will be awarded for credits described in the flow chart.
