The given flowchart portrays the manufacturing process of plastic paper clips of different colors in a small manufactory.
Overall, there are five stages in the process, starting with melting the plastic and pouring it into different color molds, and ending with sending the clips off to the market.
In the first stage, the plastics are melted down to be poured into colored molds to be colored red, blue, or yellow. After that, the clips go through the quality control procedure, where machines check them for their strength, and if any of them do not fulfill the requirements, they will be rejected.
In the subsequent step, the clips are sorted by workers into two groups, single and mixed colors. Following this, clips are inspected for the second time so that they are divided into the right group. Once the checking is complete, clips are packaged and finally dispatched to retailers to be sold to the public.
