Overall, the USA had the highest number of PCs per 100 people, while Greece had the lowest. Most European countries had similar figures, and non-European countries varied.The USA led with 62 PCs per 100 people, followed by Sweden at 56. Other high-ranking countries included Denmark (45) and the UK (37). These countries showed relatively high access to technology at the time.

In contrast, Greece had the lowest number at only 9 PCs per 100 people, and Spain followed with just 17. Countries such as Germany, Japan, and Belgium recorded similar mid-range values of around 35 to 36. The EU average stood at 31, which was below the individual figures for several member countries like Denmark and the UK.
