The diagram informs about the mechanism of Pellet Stove and Pellet Boiler works. These two machines have the same function but different processes.
Pellet Stoves use wood pellets and hot air to make pellets. First, pour wood pellets into the fuel hopper, then control to reach the fuel feed. After that, the combustion chamber from the ash pan blows the hot air and releases it to the combustion fan. The exhaust Duct in the exterior of the machine has a function to extrude from the rear panel.
The sophisticated process is formed in the Pellet Boiler. The boiler needs a large space to run the process. First, wood pellets are inserted into the furnace, while cold water is mixing the pellets inside. Then the ash will come out in an ash receptacle. After the water boils in the machine, the hot water comes out and goes to the living room on the second floor and then, up to the bedroom on the third floor. This machine has a residue of smoke that is released from the pipe to the outside using a smoke stack.
The Pellet Boiler is larger than the Pellet Stove. While the source with hot air the boiler uses cold air too. This machine’s use depends on the function that the pellet maker.
