The two given maps display the changes of the museum between 2010 and 2012. As can be seen from the maps, the building changes considerably in terms of the size and position. What is more, there was an addition of a new shop to serve visitors.

To start with, the way to lead the building was a main entrance, which was relocated from the right side to the centre of the area. At this point, the new gate would lead visitors straight to the Permanent exhibition space which was extended. This due to the fact that the Visiting exhibition space, which originally was next to the PES, was moved to the middle of the Staff and Storage area. Although two of them were not changed about position, the size of them was narrowed down to have more space for entertaining visitors. That was also the reason that made the overall size of the building bigger than 2010 itself.

Moreover, the toilet was formerly on the right side corner of the building and next to a vacant room. In 2012, while the toilet was not modified, there was a new shop, which was constructed for enhancing the museum’s facilities.
