The image displays two floor plans for an exhibition space across the years 2010 and 2012. In 2010, the layout from left to right has a staff area located adjacent to a storage area, with a large permanent exhibition space beside it; adjacent to the permanent exhibition space is a visiting exhibition space, followed by toilets near the entrance on the far right. In 2012, the layout changes slightly: the staff area remains on the far left, followed by the storage area and the visiting exhibition space, which is positioned next to the permanent exhibition space; additionally, a shop has replaced the original toilets' location, while the toilets have been moved to the far right next to the shop. The entrance in 2012 is indicated above the visiting exhibition space.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

I firmly believe that this diagram illustrates how the museum had changed in 2010 to 2012. To begin with, this museum has a lot of great features to makes the customers come to visit there. By including, the shop, permanent exhibition space, staff area, storage area, visiting exhibition space, and the toilet.

In 2010, one you get to the entrance you will see the toilet at your left hand side, or to go straight in front of you there’s a visiting exhabition space which is near permanent exhibition space, and there’s a staff and storage area at the back of the museum.

In 2012, the museum has improved by put the entrance at the middle of the museum, so that visitors can go straight to the permanent exhibition space, at the left of it the museum has added the shop nearby the toilet, which is the smart marketing to go to the toilet even the visitor are at any area of the museum they need to walk through the shop.

In my opinion, I am very interested how this museum has improved by there genius idea. They did not add or increase the museum space to make it bigger, but to make the visitor can buy there products they added the shop near the main space and the toilet. This is mainly because the museum includes only one toilet.
