The two maps given illustrate how a housing estate currently looks and how it will be redeveloped in the future.
Overall, the housing estate is set to undergo significant changes and development in its structure, with the most notable being the construction of new residential areas, sports facilities. Additionally, much of the central green space will be cleared to accommodate new facilities and an extended main road leading to a parking area.
At present, the house estate is a pedestrian zone with many four-bedroom houses surrounded by greenish parts. There is a private road which runs from the main road in the northern part of the map and extends into the centre of the area. Additionally, this estate does not appear any entertainment and commercial amenities, with just a simple design in the current layout.
By contrast, in the planned map, all the four-bedroom houses will be replaced by one-, two-, and three-bedroom houses. Furthermore, the number of trees will be reduced and the private road will be extended further southwards to make space for new sports and additional facilities. These include a parking area in the southern end, a lake and a tennis court in the northern area of the map, as well as a flower garden in the centre of the plan which is bordered by a pedestrianised area.
