More detailed, at the present this place is residental area with leafly environment. There is a lot of four-bedroom houses and nearby from two trees for each house. If look closely, we can see that the houses and trees alternate. In addition, in the north of the area private road with the same houses as residental area. We can see that in the top of the map is located main road.
In contrast, the proponsial plans show the redevelopment.At the expense of revoming four-bedroom houses there will be built one, two, three-bedroom houses.
