Overall,the area is going to be more develop an well planned,with an improve road at the centre and new recreational facilities,and i noticed houses built close together.

Currently, the area has a simple layout with a lot of green space. There are similar four-bedroom houses spread around the estate.

In the future according to the plan, the road will be improved and will encircle not just houses but area nature,with a flower garden at the centre,lake is going to be built in the northwest and tennis court is going to be built parallel to the lake.
