Overall, city will become much congest. The South of main road a lot of new infrastructural developments is going to happen comparing with the North.
Presently there are two lines of shops on either side of the road, in future one in North will be developed into a shopping centre. To the East and West of this shopping centre there developing a bus station and a car parking area, respectively. This side of the road is comparatively less populated than the other.
The shops on the South of road are the only structure that will remain untouched. The Stadium below to the shops will be demolishing for building houses for the growing population. Moreover, to the East of houses new fire station will be building soon and the park is going to upgrade by interrogating cafe. On the West of shops college will be developed as university and a new bank will be constructing near to university.
