The diagram depicts a circular process of reclycling glass.
In general, there are 5 main stages in the process, commencing with the collection of used glass products and finishing with the production of new ones.
The first step is that used glass bottles are gathered in collection site from public or plants in order to deliver to recycling factories. To start, such bottles are putted in purificating machines in order to remove dusty and other unwanted substance. The newly cleaned bottles experienced a fining step with using optoelectronic system so as to break down into small pieces that ready to the following stage.
The glass pieces are cleaned again through purificating phase. Then, it is melted by a specific cullet melting machine. The result might be formed into many diffirent shapes of bottles to contain water or other kinds of liquid. The end products would be transported to stores or companies to serve people’s demand.
