Moving on to the next main phase of the entire process, the transported coal is fed into an installation called a gasifier, where it is heated, resulting in the production of gas and the segregation of coal waste in solid form. By using a separate installation, the heated gas undergoes cooling and then prepared for the next step, which takes place in the gas power plant. In this phase, the production of electricity from the coal gas is carried out, and some waste heat is discarded at the same time. Subsequently, the generated electricity is ready to be supplied to either domestic consumers or industries.
