Overall, it is evident that people preferred learning social sciences most and agriculture least. Moreover, females dominated social sciences, health, and humanities while males were commonly found in engineering, and sciences and math.

In 2012, Social sciences was the most favourite subject, with totally at 7000 people applying, including 4000 females and nearly 3000 males. The number of women choosing Health was approximately 1800 people, which was double than the figure for man, at around 900 people. Similarly, humanities had the same quantity of female students as that of Health, while males were just 1000 people.
