The bar chart compares how many different age groups of children do five various activities as a part of their bedtime routine in the USA.
Overall, there are about five types of activities namely reading, brushing teeth,having a bath, watching TV and having dinner. Reading is the most prevalent activity , while the reverse is true for eating.
In terms of reading, 70 children aged 4-5 and 1-3 read on a daily basis, whereas the number of school children is lower than the other two groups under 60. Followed by brushing teeth, it is attracting almost 50 children ages 4-5 and 6-8 while 30 toddlers brush their teeth as a part of their evening routine.
Having a bath is more common among younger children, with over 40 of 1-3 years old children, meanwhile other two age groups are roughly the same around 35 children. Regarding watching TV, less common across all age groups with nearly 20 toddlers, 4- 5 years old school and school children. Despite that,eating is the least prevalent activity for all age groups 30 numbers of 1-3 years old children attend it, two groups ( 4-5 and 6-8 ) years old children’s number is lower with 10 compared to toddlers.
