According to the data, the participants gained a lot of practical knowledge and they way for had good communication across both aspects, there were slightly different percentages, namely 15% and 14%. Furthermore, the participants got the same level of understanding knowledge, such as the experience of the real work, work operation, planning future career path, and the method how to organized time had 7% proportions.
After finishing the internship activities, they had a good understanding of the industry, with a moderate percentage is 10%. Following closely, the respondent did not have good ability in the work environment and had poor competence in teamwork. Whereas, the participants get an excellent understanding foremost in other aspects, with the ascended proportions 26%, almost twice communication skills.
In summary, we can see that, after the internship program, respondents have good practical knowledge, but lack ability in teamwork aspect.
