Overall, the consumption of vegetable and fruit were increased between the years 1950 and 2010 while for meat and bread it decreased. Vegetables were the most popular food to consume wheras seafood were chosen the least over the given period.
With regards to the amount of vegetables consumption, it was started at around 140 kg and fluctuated until 2010 but it peaked at 160kg, after a decade it peaked at 160kg. Similarly, fruit was consumed at around 80 kg per person yearly at the start of the period and this figure rose at 140 kg in 2010.
On the other hand, meat consumption were accounted for 110 kg in 1950 and it rose until 80 kg in 2010. Over the given period, the amount of the seafood consumption remained stable at around 20 kg.
