The given bar chart illustrates information on employement percentage across six nations between 1995 and 2005

Overall, it can be clearly seen that the number of both male and female workers increased in each country over the period. However, Iceland accounted for the highest proportion of male employers, while New Zealand and Australia recorded the lowest percentage of female workers.

To begin with, Iceland had the highest proportion of employement throughout the period, with 70% in 1995 and above 80% in 2005. UK, USA, and New Zeaaland showed below 62% in 1995, whereas by 2005 all reached 70% of employement, while Australia, Switzerland contributed for below 80% in both years.

On the other hand, Switzerland had the number of female employers in 2005, however it showed 52% only in 1995. The rates of employement rose in both USA and UK reaching 60% by 2005, whereas Australia contributed for the least in both years.
