In 2003 , the figure for English teachers dipped to 40%. On the other hand , after 2000 , to the rate of French teachers increased to 77% . Between 2003 and 2005 , the percentage of both languages teachers fluctuated , but the French – language teachers were more famous than the English – language teachers . In 2006 ,the proportion of French teachers rose slightly and reached a peak with 85% in 2007 . However , the rate of English teachers increased slightly from 40% to 45% , but after that it plummed at the end of the period.
