The line graph illustrates 5-year interval data, from 1985 to 1990, about export of wheat in three different areas-Australia, Canada, and European Community.
Overall, it is seen that in 1985 Canada was the largest wheat exporter, while European Community took that place in 1990. Again, between 1985 and 1990, European Community had an increasing trend in wheat exporting, which was declining for Australia and having several flactuations during the period the trend was remaining same for Canada.
In detail, Canada exported the highest amount of wheat in 1985, approximately 19 million of tones (MT). At the same time, Australia, and European Community exported wheat 17 MT and 15 MT respectively. From 1985 to 1986 the export of wheat was declining for Canada, and European Community, that is, accounted for 17 MT and 14 MT respectively. At that time, Australia wheat export slightly increase from 15 MT to nearly 16 MT. After 1986, the amount of Australian wheat export fell down slightly, which was around 11MT in 1990.
Between 1986 and 1988, the amount of wheat export in Canada rose rapidly, that is, from 17 MT to 25 MT. At that point of time, the European Community wheat export also rose but in a slow rate from 14 MT to 15 MT. After 1988, the Canadian wheat export was flactuating in decreasing rate and in 1990 the amount was same as comapred to 1985, that is, 19MT. Whereas, the export amount of European Community went up sharply after 1988 and in 1990, it was 21 MT, which was highest amount of export as compared to the given countries.
