The line graph gives information about energy consumption by six types of Fuel in the United Kingdom since 1978 with projections until 2038.

Overall, petrol and oil, coal, and natural gas rank in the top 3, where petrol and oil are taking first place, while coal and natural gas are taking second and third place respectively. Whereas nuclear, solar and wind, and hydropower rank at the bottom of the list.

From 1978 to 1993 the rate of petrol and oil value hovered between approximately 30 and 35 quadrillion units, after that there was a liner growth. And it will reach a peak of 50 quadrillion units in 2038. While coal and natural gas were showing the fight in the rate. However, the consumption by coal will increase at 30 quadrillion units, subsequently it was overtaking natural gas, which will remain stable at 20 quadrillion units from 2018 to 2038.

The next three fuel: nuclear, solar and wind, and hydropower started at the same point at around 2,5 quadrillion units. Their indicators grew at the same rate between 1978 and 1983. However, the figure of consumptions nuclear increased without a fluctuation, and overtaking solar and wind, and hydropower. Their rates was an insignificant fluctuation between 1993 and 2013. Overall, consumption of solar and wind increased at 5 quadrillion units, and overtaking Hydropower, which rate remained stable approximately at 2,5 quadrillion units to 2038.
