The graph illustrates the average changes that affected three types of metal in the year 2014.
Overall, all the differences that had occurred each month deeply affected the way the graph turned out to be. Each mineral has gone through difficulties, which can be described with the current rises or falls illustrated on the given picture. It can represent the various problems that could have possibly caused this.
Nickel had started 2014 with a good head start, since its changed price was still at a high 6%. Though, the result decreases until March, before going on a somewhat steady line for two months. The start of the summer season must’ve been harsh, since nickel charges lowered further than they already have, now at a lowly -3%. However, June had raised itself to a -1%, which continued until September. With a small downfall on October, the tag was finally able to reach its end by rising again.
Copper has a much calmer, and less dramatic story throughout the whole 12 month period. The line has been somewhat straight between January and June, and the other half was the complete same, just a bit higher due to some good bargain.
The last one, Zinc, has a story that resembles nickel in a way. With a good start of 2014 at a decent 1%, it had quite a lot of same events as the first one. A drastic decrease in summer, and doing the complete opposite by the end.
