Overall, while demand for tea is high in all countries, Canadians seem to prefer tea. The amount of drinking tea in UK was by far the highest compared to other countries in question.
Look at the first two countries category – Canada and UK. The amount of coffee used by Canadians (8000t) was twice as high as that of tea drinks. The UK topped the chart with 13000 tonnes of drinking tea, but coffee stood at 4000 tonnes in this country.
The USA stood out the highest consumption of coffee and tea with 7000 and 9000, while Germany lagged behind drinking 5000 and 6000 tonnes, respectively.
