The line graph compares three companies (A, B, and C) in terms of their waste production in tons between 2000 and 2015.
Overall, companies B and A demonstrated a downward trajectory, albeit at a different pace, regarding the amount of waste they released, while the opposite was true for company C. Of particular note is company C, which outstripped the remaining two by wasting the highest volume.
Focusing on more similar trends, companies A and B declined throughout the timeframe. In the first five years, the former manufactured the greatest share of waste, and the latter was close second, with the respective figures of 12 and 8 tons. Even though A ranked first, initially, the waste fell markedly to virtually 8 tons in 2015. Conversely, despite a 2-ton rise in 2005 in company B, the ensuing ten years were a period of decline to 3 tons.
Turning to the statistics of company C, it exhibited an upward trend, however. Staying at the virtually 4-ton mark in 2000. The level of waste from this company increased consistently until it breached the 6-ton threshold in the following five years. This pattern hit an all-time peak of well over 9 tons at the end of the course studied prior to overtaking A and B in 2010.
