The bar chart illustrates the average regular turnover of various food commodities at the Brisk Cafe in winter and summer season.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that in winters hot coffee was the highest seller as compared to iced coffee, whereas it was the highest sold item in summers.
To begin with, nearly 75 cups of hot coffee was sold per day in winters which was 40% less in summers. However, the least sales were of iced coffee in winters. (only 2 cups) as compared to 40 cups of the same in summers.
Taking rest of the data into consideration, salad was the item which was sold equally irrespective of the seasons. In addition, as far as the sales of soup and ice cream are considered; soup’s sales were double in comparison with that of ice cream which can be witnessed as 50 and 25 servings respectively.
