Regarding country A, its average housing prices were about $200 thousand in 1997, followed by some wild fluctuations until 2009, from which point the prices remained relatively stable at around $600 thousand towards the end of the period.
Similar changes, but to a lesser extent, can be seen in the figures for country B, from just under country A initial level to shy of $500 thousand in 2010 and hovered around this level until the final year.
Conversely, country C’s figures generally witnessed a steady incline, growing steadily from just below the figure for country B in the first year, except for the lowest point at approximately $200 thousand in 2008 and a slight decline to end the period at just over $250 thousand.
