Our system will evaluate the answer based on this AI-generated description.
The image shows changes in energy consumption (measured in Ktoe – Thousand tonnes) across three sectors: Agriculture, Commercial, and Public Admin. Agriculture shows minor changes with approximately -1 Ktoe (Solid Fuels), -0.5 Ktoe (Natural Gas), 0 Ktoe (Electricity), 0 Ktoe (Heat), +2 Ktoe (Bio & Waste), and -4 Ktoe (Petroleum). Commercial indicates moderate reductions with roughly -5 Ktoe (Solid Fuels), -120 Ktoe (Natural Gas), -20 Ktoe (Electricity), -70 Ktoe (Heat), -5 Ktoe (Bio & Waste), and -10 Ktoe (Petroleum). Public Admin shows notable variations with about -15 Ktoe (Solid Fuels), -35 Ktoe (Natural Gas), -70 Ktoe (Electricity), 0 Ktoe (Heat), +0.1 Ktoe (Bio & Waste), and -5 Ktoe (Petroleum).
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

The given graph illustrates the change in consumption of energy obtained from various sources, in various sectors between 2018 and 2019. I will discuss my observations in the following paragraphs.

Overall, a greater change in energy consumption is observed in the agricultural sector with the lowest in public admin. The agricultural sector obtained its energy from petroleum, heat and natural gas with petroleum providing the highest energy. The commercial sector recieved its energy from natural gas, heat, bio waste and petroleum whereas the public domain attained its energy only from bio waste.

The agriculture sector saw around 35 ktoe of energy from various sources which includes around 5 ktoe from natural gas, 2 ktoe from heat and about 25 ktoe from petroleum. In comparision to agricultural sector the commercial sector saw vast decrease in its energy consumption from electricity ranging 0 to about -130 ktoe of energy and a gain of around 30 ktoe from various resources like natural gas, heat, bio waste and petroleum each contributing approximately 3 ktoe, 2 ktoe, 10 ktoe and 8 ktoe of energy respectively

However, the public admin sector has seen a very slight increase in energy consumption which had only one source of energy faced that is bio waste. Decline in energy consumption ranges from 0 to about -120 ktoe of energy with natural gas having the highest decline about -60 ktoe. The bio waste has contributed to around 2ktoe of energy for the public domain sector.
