The graph shows the energy costs of a company over a period of twelve months. On the x-axis, the twelve years are mentioned respectively while that of one the y-axis, the energy costs are mentioned. Usually, companies are always concerned regarding their sales and costs on the basis of the whole year.

This graph thus represents that in the month of January, the energy costs of the company are exact 6000 but moving onto till the month of february, the costs of energy faces a decline and costs dropped at 4000 within April. These costs goes straight to the month of July and then again dropped in the month of August upto 2000.

After August, the energy costs dramatically increased to the same amount of energy costs that are mentioned above at the start and that is 6000. This increase in the costs are shown through the line which is represented in the month of November and then it goes straight till december as there is no rise or fall in the costs after that. So this is the representation of the rise and drop of energy costs of the company on basis of the whole year.
