Overall, it is evident that despite fluctuations, the number of patients increased in all hospitals throughout the period under consideration, with one exception: Oxley, which experienced dramatic decrease. Additionally, Adlin had the greatest growth in visitor numbers compared to the others over the time span.
To begin, in 2004, Oxley was the most visited hospital, with almost 250 admission weekly, before declining dramatically to a low of around 100 by 2018. Making it the hospital with the lowest admission rate. Bardley, however, was the second most popular hospital in 2004, at 200 patients, surpassing to Oxley in 2006 and proceeding to increase by over 50 patients to over 250 by 2018.
In spite of fluctuations, Forthsmith’s admission numbers rose slightly to just above 200 over the given period, compared to Adlin, which rose over twofold from around 110 to 250. Lastly, Stanton was at it lowest in 2004, with just below 100, before increasing to just over 150 patients.
