Overall, the number of books read by men stood at the lowest point in the beginning of the period, while women’s number started with the highest point. Afterwards, male’s number experienced upward tendency, whereas female’s figure began falling after increase slightly throughout the years.
In 2011, there were just over 2000 read books by men, this figure remained stable for year. Then, a sharp increase followed, with men’s read books peaking at around 14000 in 2014.
Meanwhile, women’s number rose gradually from just above 6000 in 2011 to about just under 10000 in 2013.Then dropping significantly to around 7000 By the end of the period.
