Notably, the number of complains in factories increased first and fluctuated for most of the given period.

In more detail, the number of the road works complaints dropped initially from about 500 in 1980 to 400 in 1986 and 1988, before soaring to just over 1200 in 1996. The number of the traffic noise complains also experienced same trend. It decreased from roughly 300 in 1980 to 200 in 1986 and stay until 1988, before rising significantly to 500 in 1996.

Conversely, the number of the houshold complaints illustrate a considerable fall, which started from around 650 in 1980 to nearly 100 in 1996. Additionally, the number of the factories complaints presented slight grow from 400 in 1980 to 700 in 1986 and fluctuated the rest of given period.
