The graph shows the number of enquiries received by a University Admissions Office over a six-month period in 2021.
We can see in-person enquiries increased but enquiries by letter/email decreased. At all enquiries by telephone increased but not very much. In January around 450 enquiries were made in person.
After that index gradually increased. In February there were 600 enquiries in person, in March there were 800, in April it increased really fast – there were around 1250 enquiries in person, in May 1500, and finally in June it increased to 1850 enquiries in person.
Quantity calls by telephone in January were 900, and there decreased in February to 800, after that there increased in March to 1000 – and there were same in April. In May it increased a lot to 1400 enquiries by telephone, there were around 1850 enquiries by letter/email. Enquiries by letter/email were around 750 in January – and decreased in February – to 700 equiries. It were same in March, but in April it decreased really fast to 500 equiries. In May situation was even worse it were around 350 equiries by letter/email. And in June situation was same. Thus equiries in person became the most popular a way of communication with university.
