The line graph illustrates the number of enquiries made to the University Admissions Office from January to June 2021.
It is clear from the graph that the enquiries made in person and by telephone increased over this timeframe, while enquiries made by letter or email declined.
According to the trend shown in the graph, in-person enquiries increased drastically from around 400 to approximately 2000, while enquiries made by telephone rose gradually over the course of six months. Initially, telephone enquiries dropped from 900 to 800, before increasing to 1000 in the third month. The number remained steady from March to April and then increased dramatically in May and June to reach 1600 enquiries by the end of the period.
In contrast, enquiries by letter/email show an opposite trend, declining steadily from about 800 to about 400 over the period of six months. The number remained constant from January to the middle of March at about 700 before dropping gradually to nearly 500 by the middle of May. Then, the number remained unchanged until the end of the month.
