To begin with the graph is showing how enormous the difference beetwen using different means has increased during six months period.For instence the difference beetwen enqiures sent by letters and emails in comprassion with those which have been done in person is enormous

At the beggining of January till March the quantities has not made any difference, but the further it goes the worst it gets.At the begging the average number was something about seven houndred eighty, however in May and August the undeniable difference can be seen as an average number is less than four hunder.If compare this one to those which have been made in person, it is obviously enormous difference.The graph is demonstrated with a line begins from about four hundred ten people, and is raising up to more than one thousand eight hundred sixty, so stable upraising is undeniable at this situation.Those made by telephone is demonstrating freguantly growth after a month of stability, without either raising or decreasing
