Overall, two types of enquires increased which are enquires in person and by telephone. However, enquires by email & letter was at the lowest after a six-month period.

The enquires which are requested mostly are in person and by phone. Although request in person was the lowest in January, it has overtaken by both phone and email & letter at the end of six-month period. From January till July, its requests increased dramatically between 400 and over 1800. Requests by phone, which started with largest enquires with the number of about 850. It raised marginally after a slight dip. When it reached to 1000, it remained unchanged within a month between March and April.

Requests by email & letter decreased significantly with in half year. Although it was the second top in January, it remained the lowest at the end of six-month period. The university received about 760 enquires from email or letter in January but then it decreased to 380 enquires at the end of the six-month period.
