Overall, there were three type of inquiries received by the tourist office in person ,by email / letter and by telephone, whereas visitor in city made more quarries in person and by telephone, also the queries letter and email saw decline by the end of the month.

In January around 900 inquiries made by telephone and 700 inquiries made by letter/email however by telephone 600 inquiries increased by the end of the month, followed by letter /email totally declined by the end of the six month.

Ultimately in person inquiries seem to be totally decline but over the few months in person inquiry is rose sharply by March onward it recovered gradually reaching around 1900 by the end of the month.
