Overall, requestes collected in person is the most popular, following with by telephone on the second place, and letter/email conversations which popularity decrease over the six-month period.
Starting with, person requestes was the lowest figure in January with 400, however telephone coversations was the highest with 900. Person requestes sowed a drammatic growth, it overtook the letter/email requestes in mid-February, followed by the telephoe in mid-March, and eventually became the most popular by the end of the period in June with 1900 enquiries. Although the telephone was the most popular option in January, its popularity declined, causing it to fall to second place by June with 1600.
However, enquiries received by letter/email was on the second place in January with approximately 800. But then it’s popularity declined, causing significant drop to 400 by June.
