Overall, the number of enquiries made by telephone and in person experienced an upward trend throughout the period, whereas enquiries made by email or letter showed a downward trend. Despite majority of enquiries conducted by email or letter in the first month, this was surpassed by telephone for the remainder of the period.
Enquiries using telephone hovered around 800 in first four months and started to escalate sharply to its peak of approximately 1100 at the end. Enquiries made by physically rose steadily and exceeded the number of enquiries made by telephone just above 800 at the end of march. The number continued to climb and culminated at 1200, the all-time highest number among these mediums. However, Enquiries made by email declined minimally until March and witnessed a significant fall to 400 by June, the lowest as compared with other two.
