The bar graph shows the percentage of car ownership in one country. The graph provides data for the period 1995 to 2025, with 10 year intervals between each data.
It can be seen that over time, the percentage of “two or more cars ownership” gradually increases by the decade, starting from 17%, and is expected to reach 40% by 2025. On the other hand, the ownership for one car seems to slowly decline by around 2% from 1995 to 2015, and will abruptly fall to 28% by 2025.
While the datas for one and two or more car ownership shows a general increase and decrease trend, the percentage data for no car ownership does not. Starting from about 37% in 1995, it decreases by about 14% to reach 23% in 2015. However, there seems to be a predicted rise to 30% in 2025.
In conclusion, by 2025, it is predicted that two or more car ownership will be the most popular among citizens, and one car ownership will show the greatest decline. Although no car ownership shows a decreasing statistic followed by and increase, it shows an overall decrease in popularity
