The percentage of female workforce show steady increase, starting from 37% in 1971 and reached 47% in 2019 show the proportion of workforce gradually rise over year with percentage of 40 % in 1980,and from 1990 the proportion of workforce is 45 % and remains stable 2010 and reached 47% in 2019.

Similarly the proportion of workers aged 50 or above also experienced growth from 21% in 1990 and reached 32% in 2019.
