As it is presented, the amount of female jobholders increased by 10 percentage points between 1971 and 2019, with 37% to 47% respectively whereas staff who aged 50 or above increased by 11 percentage points accounting from 21% to 32% respectively, from 1990 to 2019.
Moreover, female workers showed a climb with some fluctuations from 1971 to 1990 accounting 37% to roughly 42% before reaching a plateau of 45% which lasted from 1990 to 2010 except a small dip in 2010 and 2019 with an increase by 2%, accounting 47% in 2019 however, workers aged 50 or above increased consistently from 1990 to 2019 respectively.
