The line graph illustrates the amount of citizens from China and India forecasted between 2000 and 2050.
Overall, the two nations are going to experience an increase. While Indians will see a significant growth in population, the Chinese population will rise over with a slight drop. According to the graph both countries’ are expected to meet in 2030. However, India’s population increased more rapidly than china.
As the graph shows, population of India will be one billion in 2000 followed by a moderate climb to 1.1 billion in a decade. Then, this figure is predicted to continue increasing to nearly 1.6 billion between 2010 and 2050.
By contrast, the citizens of China will not rise constantly. In 2000, the population is expected to reach nearly 1.25 billion, but china is going to witness a slight incline to over 1.4 billion during 2000 and 2030. Subsequently, the population will see a slow decline to just about 1.4 billion in 2 decades.
